2. Terms of FromA2B2Z

Enrollment for a course takes place via the online registration form, by phone, or by email. An enrollment is only final upon receipt of confirmation and payment (either in full or the first installment).

Course fees must be paid before the start of the course, unless otherwise agreed. Payment can be made in one lump sum or in installments (upon agreement). In case of late payment, access to the lessons may be denied.

Cancellations up to 7 days after the start of the course: full refund. After that moment, there is no refund. FromA2B2Z reserves the right to cancel a course in case of insufficient enrollment. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.

The class schedule will be shared before the start of the course. In case of student absence, no refund or make-up lesson will be offered, unless agreed otherwise. In the event of illness or force majeure on the part of the teacher, the lesson will be rescheduled or replaced.

From A2B2Z is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Participation in the course is at your own risk.

Students are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow students and teachers. In case of repeated inappropriate behavior.

FromA2B2Z reserves the right to exclude the student from further participation without refund. Personal data is treated confidentially and used only for course-related purposes.

Complaints can be submitted in writing via info@froma2b2z.com. We aim to respond within 14 days.
